  • How fast is this system?
    Pax365 is a SaaS application hosted on the Microsoft Azure platform. It has been designed to be highly performant and scalable.     Online support material is available to facilitate user training. In addition, tailored training sessions can be provided to specifically target your requirements.     Pax365 offers an integrated card detail storage vault through Global Payments*. Sensitive data is stored in the secure Global Payments Integrated vault rather than in the merchant environment.   • Can multiple people use the same Pax365 subscription
    Yes, you can have multiple user accounts within your Pax365 subscription. Each user can have customised access levels based on their roles. The number of users allowed is dependent on your subscription level and Pax365’s fair usage policy. Check out our plans here.

    Pax365 allows you to perform various actions on bookings, including cancelling, un-cancelling, and transferring them when necessary. Cloning of bookings is currently not available.

  • Is there a Pax365 mobile app for iOS & Android?
    Currently there is no Pax365 mobile app for iOS or Android. However, as a web-based portal, a fully functional Pax365 is easily accessible from any mobile device.
  • Can I send notifications to staff, including drivers and guides?
    Yes, Pax365 includes a notification module that allows you to send broadcast communications to all or a subset of users.

    Unfortunately this is not a feature of Pax365 and is not on our development roadmap at present.
  • Does Pax365 give drivers/guides a personalised view of their tours?
    Yes, Pax365 provides drivers and guides with a personalised calendar of their upcoming tours. This calendar includes the ability to download a manifest of all bookings for each individual tour instance.
  • Can I build in discount pricing for my resellers?
    Discount Pricing for Resellers is not built-in directly to Pax365. However, the Pax365 Booking Report enables you to easily export Reseller’s bookings to Excel, facilitating discounts to be applied. Built-in Reseller discount pricing is included in our development roadmap.
  • Can I assign multiple vehicles/drivers to a single tour?
    Certainly, Pax365 supports the assignment of multiple vehicles and drivers to a single tour, accommodating larger groups or specialised transportation needs. In fact, Pax365 allows you to create multi-day tours and assign the same or different vehicles/drivers/guides to each day.
  • Does Pax365 support automated feedback request emails to clients once their tour is over?
    Automated feedback request emails are currently not available within Pax365. However, it is included in our development roadmap.
  • Is there Online access/web portal?
    Yes, as a SaaS product, access to Pax365 is through an online web portal that allows you to manage your tours, activities, bookings, and other related aspects conveniently through a web browser.
  • Does Pax365 allow assignment of guides, drivers and buses?
    Yes, Pax365 enables you to assign guides, drivers and buses to specific tours or activities, ensuring proper resource allocation.

    The Pax365 API currently allows you to check availability, fees, tour and booking details, create and cancel bookings. This RESTful API follows best practice implementation, including security, encryption and authentication.
  • Does Pax365 allow users to set custom commission rates for different agents and resellers, and generate agent reports?
    Custom commission rates are currently not available within Pax365. However, it is included in our development roadmap.
  • Does Pax365 provide data and insights such as NPS, brand conversion, customer demographics?
    Unfortunately we do not offer this as part of our offerings.
  • Does Pax365 integrate with POS systems to check availability and process bookings?
    Your Pax365 subscription includes an API which can handle incoming requests to check availability and add bookings from any third-party application, including POS systems. Contact our technical team for assistance on the steps required help@pax365.com.
  • Does Pax365 allow tourists to pay using multiple options and process payments?

  • Is there a facility that will give me a clear overview of all tour vehicles?
    Pax365 offers a facility that provides a clear and comprehensive overview of all tour vehicles, making it easier to monitor operations. This includes CVRT, Insurance, Road Tax, LPSV, Speed and Tachograph calibration dates. Upcoming renewals are highlighted.
  • Can I create accounting reports in Pax365?

  • Can I create and edit itineraries in Pax365?
    Certainly, Pax365 allows you to effortlessly create, edit, and manage itineraries, tailoring them to your specific tour needs. You can create single or multi leg tour itineraries, add descriptions, dates, start/end locations and attach supporting documentation.
  • Can I give access to resellers like hotels, tourist information offices, or travel agents to view latest availabilities and book directly into the Pax365 system?
    Absolutely, Pax365 offers a feature that allows you to grant access to resellers, hotels, tourist information offices, and travel agents, enabling them to view the latest availabilities and make bookings directly within the system.
  • Can I maintain driver or staff rosters in Pax365?
    Driver/Staff rosters are currently not available within Pax365. However, it is included in our development roadmap.
  • Is it possible to adjust employee permissions?
    Indeed, Pax365 allows you to customise employee permissions to control access levels.
  • Does Pax365 provide an API to connect to our tools for marketing, payroll, etc.?
    Currently the Pax365 API allows you to check availability, fees, tour and booking details, create and cancel bookings. Excel reports for Tours, Resellers, Drivers and Guides can be produced by Pax365 and subsequently imported into third-party tools.
  • What level of support is included?
    The level of support depends on your subscription level. Solo gives you online support only, with access to Pax365’s comprehensive knowledgebase. The Standard plan adds email support, with Premium giving you a dedicated account manager and phone support.
  • Can I easily add, update, or delete credit cards or payment methods?
    Yes, Pax365 makes it easy to add, update, or delete credit cards and payment methods, ensuring smooth transactions and continuity of service.
